Information

Description
The password that resonates most often in our cellar is "vintage": respecting it means finding it clear and clear in the glass; for this reason we limit interventions in the cellar and refinements in wood, seeking the highest quality in the wines. Having learned from the Langhe tradition, we carry out long macerations in stainless steel. We refine the wines in large 25 or 50 hectoliter barrels: in the Barbaresco tradition, refinements must never be exaggerated, in order to maintain the fine and elegant aromas and classic tannins of Nebbiolo, which has always been defined as a "noble grape".
