Hall B1 - n°210
Information
- Description
- Emmanuel created his domaine in 2020 by taking over the last Gamay parcels in Savigny, his childhood village. He draws on his various professional experiences and his encounters with biodynamic pioneers to practice a viticulture imbued with meaning and values.
The vineyards are planted on the border of two appellations: Coteaux du Lyonnais and Beaujolais, bringing a singularity to each cuvée. The Gamay and Chardonnay grape varieties grow in granitic soils and volcanic rocks dominated by bluestones.
Convinced of the importance of biodiversity and respect for the balance of living organisms, Emmanuel takes a hands-off approach to his certified organic and biodynamic wines.
