Information
- Description
- Les Garidelles is an estate nestling at the foot of the thousand-year-old Païolive forest and the foothills of the Cévennes, in the southern part of the Rhône valley.
Our young estate boasts four generations of winemaking history. It's a know-how that is passed on and evolves, but always with the same passion for the plant and its fruit.
We carry this family culture and love of our beautiful Ardèche, with its young guard of winemakers who are renewing and surprising the Coteaux de l'Ardèche appellation.
In 2021, we therefore decided to leave the local cooperative and convert our entire 25-hectare vineyard to organic farming, to make a wine that reflects us: bold and sensitive. These first vintages from the estate reveal the subtle aromas of the highly diverse terroirs of the southern Ardéchois, producing elegant, highly aromatic wines that are both sun-drenched and firmly rooted in the land.
Thanks to very gentle vinification methods, with an innovative cellar that allows the harvest to be transferred without pumping or crushing, we have worked to achieve balance and preserve the natural fruit in our wines, to produce highly aromatic cuvées.
We would be delighted to let you taste our work, of which we are proud.
