Co-creator of the Terra Vitis label, Serge Morel and his wife Odile set up Domaine des Prévelières in Oingt in the Pierres Dorées region in 1995. Their son Quentin, 5th generation, turns to Organic Agriculture in 2010 🌿

Joined by his brother Gaëtan in 2016, they began Biodynamie together in 2017. The 28ha vineyard is farmed without weedkillers or chemical fertilizers; no synthetic molecules are allowed on the estate 🌖

The vineyard, located on hillsides at 450-500m altitude, is rich in a wide variety of soils 🪨
・The “Pierres dorées”, limestones tinted by iron oxides, bring freshness and minerality
・Argilo-limestone, which give solar, rich and structured wines.
・Granitic, they contribute to creating delicate, delicate and slightly spicy wines.

Plant cover is sown between the rows to encourage ecosystems, create mulches to retain moisture, and create a natural supply of nitrogen to the vines once rolled 🌾

Deeply convinced of the need to manage their vineyards in the most virtuous way possible and in connection with their living environment, the two brothers are part of the @biojolab association, a collective of optimistic and committed Beaujolais winegrowers ✊🏼
