Information
- Description
- The Domaine Saint Amant is a family-run estate. Founded in 1995 by Jacques Wallut, it is today run by his daughter and granddaughter, Camille and Eloise Nosworthy. The Domaine is above all a love-story in between an entrepreneurial family and an
exceptional site. Established in Suzette since over 40 years, the Wallut family lovingly and passionately creates unique wines, a reflection of the surrounding landscapes.
On the south-eastern face of the Mount Saint-Amant, our vineyard is spread out in small terrasses, ranging from 400 to 600m altitude, surrounded with the picturesque and biodiverse nature of provence: almond-trees, rock-rose, thyme, rosemary,
abricot and cherry-trees, cypress, oaks and a few pine-trees…the cold-nights brought about by the altitude bring elegance and finesse to our wines.
The small scale of our estate (13 hectares of vines, producing
roughly 50,000 bottles per annum) ensures precision, care, traceability… and sometimes even the space for some experiments.
