I run a mountain farm in South Tyrol at an altitude of 1,048 meters, managed organically for the past 35 years. The farm includes two hectares of apple orchards and three hectares of vineyards, with a total of eleven different grape varieties, including some resistant ones.
Every year, I produce between 50,000 and 70,000 bottles of apple juice, including single-variety juices, made without any additives—absolutely nothing added.
For the past 20 years, I have also been producing around 5,000 bottles of cider, crafted using the traditional Champagne method. Additionally, I make a naturally bottle-fermented cider with no additives and minimal residual sugar.
As for wine, I currently offer five organic white wines, including a Pinot Blanc, a Pinot Noir, a field blend of seven white grape varieties, and a unique field blend of one red and five white grape varieties. All of these wines are produced in amphorae and completely free of additives.
My products are primarily marketed in South Tyrol, Italy, Germany, and Austria.
