Located in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune in Cormot-Vauchignon, Domaine de la Cozanne is a dedicated organic vineyard in Burgundy, committed to sustainable winemaking that highlights the unique character of its terroir. With a focus on biodiversity and certified organic practices through Ecocert, we prioritize both the authenticity of our wines and the preservation of our natural environment.

Our white and red wines from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune are crafted and aged with traditional Burgundy techniques. After careful hand-harvesting and meticulous sorting, each wine is aged patiently in large oak casks, adding depth, elegance, and balance to every bottle. Our Chardonnay is noted for its generous roundness, citrus and white flower aromas, and a refined touch of oak on the finish. The Pinot Noir reveals intense notes of red berries and spices, supported by smooth tannins and a refreshing palate.

At Domaine de la Cozanne, we embrace innovation while respecting tradition: alongside our certified organic methods, we employ biodiversity-friendly practices, including installing bird nesting boxes and preserving local fauna.
