- Pago de Tharsys is a family-run winery located in Requena, 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by 14 hectares of organic vineyards rooted in the vast limestone bedrock that defines our entire estate.
Our three “Guarantees of Origin” are Vino de Pago, D.O.P. Cava, and D.O.P. Utiel-Requena. We take pride in being pioneers in crafting cavas under the DO Cava Requena designation. As part of the rich winemaking history of our region, we remain deeply committed to our craft, working with the same passion as we did on our very first day.
