Hall B2 - n°734
Information
- Description
- The Foltodon estate is located in the commune of Saint-Côme et Maruejols, between Nîmes and Sommières, on the beautiful Vaunage plain. The vines are grown on clay-limestone terraces, benefiting from exceptional sunshine all year round, as well as afternoon sea breezes during the summer season.
These 14 hectares planted on slopes are home to Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Cinsault for the reds and rosé, and Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and Roussanne for the whites. All these magnificent grapes are selected to produce elegant wines with fine structure and density.
Having embarked on a journey towards healthier viticulture in 2003, the Domaine de Foltodon was certified organic in 2011. But Olivier Crouzet-Verrieux hasn't stopped there, convinced by his encounters and reflections of the merits of an even more global and sophisticated vision: biodynamic wines.
