Information
- Description
- We are a young winery established in 2023. Jean-Maxime Delorme is a passionate and philosophical young winemaker. He is deeply connected to his native terroir, which he is committed to preserving, putting his heart into crafting wines that honor nature and tradition. Harvesting is done by hand (with crates for AOC wines to protect the grapes). The winemaking process is natural, using indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfites.
He draws inspiration from traditional methods (returning to the roots with his Tavel, which involves macerating seven white and red grape varieties) while striving to create wines with lower alcohol content, balanced flavors, and above all, wines meant for pure enjoyment.
We work across several appellations (Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Rhône, and Vins de France), offering a selection of organic / conversion wines, natural methods, and carbonic maceration, providing a beautiful diversity.
