- This estate was founded in 2005 and turned to organic viticulture in 2009 and biodynamic farming in 2012._x000B_The typical varieties of Gaillac are planted at a density of 4000 to 5500 vines per ha on a deep clay-limestone hillside. The vineyard covers 8 hectares and it is composed of vines with an average age of 25 years._x000B_We produce 30 000 bottles per year._x000B_- Grape variety used : Braucol , Duras and Prunelart for red wines_x000B_- Len de l’elh, Mauzac rose, Verdanel, Bouysselet and Sauvignon blanc for the white wines_x000B_- yields : 30 to 45 hl/ha_x000B_- winemaking method : each grape variety hand picked is individually vinified , with wild yeast, low sulfits.
