- Château Maris was the first vineyard certified BCorps in 2016 and the first vineyard in the AOC Minervois La Livinière to be fully certified biodynamic. Restoring virtuous circles within the soil, between the soil and the plant, the plant and the sky, humans and the elements... Biodynamics has become more than an obvious choice, it allows us to preserve our environment for future generations, but also to produce purer, finer, and more elegant wines. Our winery is built with hemp bricks and covered with a green roof and solar panels. Its carbon footprint is zero. We work to respect nature and our community while respecting the terroir.
