- In the heart of Anjou noir nesteled in the terroirs of Chaume, Quarts de Chaume and Savennières. Organic farming has been at the core since 1995 and biodynamic since 2008, Plaisance was taken over from the Rochais family (owner since 1960) by Vanessa Cherruau in 2019.
A rare plot consisting only of crus where the Chenin mainly present (80%) is expressed in the soils of Schist, Spilite, Sandstone and Poudingue.
