Description
We grow the vines in an organic and agroecological way since we started in 2014. Half of the vineyard is very old vines, ploughed by horse. We both work in the vineyard, and in the winery: so, we focus on a little surface, to be as precise as we can in the production. Our vinification follows each vintage, to give a faithful expression of it. We make minimum interventions and take care of the wines with delicacy.
