- This signature wine comes from our best Grauburgunder vineyard, the heart of the Schloßberg, the "untere Hahl". The calcareous soil at this location at an altitude of 200 metres offers ideal conditions for the production of biodynamic premium Grauburgunder. This vineyard is characterized by its small, sugar-sweet and aromatic berries and fully colored grapes, which in the case of Grauburgunder clearly turn red. Despite the high grape ripeness, a clearly noticeable elegance remains in the wine. The wine reminds of ripe honeydew melon and pear. Its taste remains on the palate for a long time and shows a charming creaminess and noticeable minerality.
