- Gustavshof Puristica is a biodynamic vin nature red wine from the Spätburgunder grape variety. The dark reflections in ruby red give an insight into the high ripeness of the grapes at the time of harvest. The fragrance shows multifaceted, fine nuances of forest fruits and in the taste it shows the classical elegance and finesse of the grape variety beside ripe, tasty, crunchy tannins. The Puristica grows in warm vineyard soils in the Leckerberg. The loess loam soils warm up very nicely and their high lime content underlines the varietal character of Pinot Noir.
