- This “rosé/claret” brings together red and white Grenache, harvested and fermented together. The long aging combines demijohns with old foudres. You notice the primary part of red and black fruit, liquor nuances like cherries, and with the passage of time in the glass, creamy and lactic notes appear. It is a dry wine, in the mouth you can see maturity, which simulates sweetness, it has a medium acidity, very well-balanced alcohol. A very smooth wine, both for its subtle entry and its elegant aftertaste.
