- the wild red fruits of the Nat … Jus. Participating of the “Less is more” philosophy: minimal intervention, less extraction, lower alcohol content,… thus reducing the intensity of the processes to preserve the original condition of the fruit. Harmonic conjunction of bleedings, direct pressing (red and -some white varieties) plus whole bunches maceration of the most subtle Grenaches. Finally gathered in steel vats, forming a set without sulphites additions, naturally decanted, without filtering and bottled after a minimum of 8 months.
