Tasting notes, medals and awards
- Tasting notes
- Pellicuar maceration for Sauvignon and direct pressing for Chardonnay. Each grape variety is vinified separately to reveal their typicity, in new and one year old french oak barrels for the Chardonnay and one & two years barrels for the Sauvignon. Aging during 9 mounths. Then blended to harmonize the vintage. Tasting : Pale yellow colour with green reflections. Nose of white flowers and white fruits. The mouth is round with fragrances of white fruits, pear and white peach. The finish is long, with a nice minerality touch from the terroir.
