- Cette cuvée haute en maturité livre des senteurs de griotte avec des notes mentholées apportées par la vendange entière. La bouche riche et complexe nous donne des tanins bien présents mais toujours en finesse et bien mûrs. The nose is intense and redolent of red berries. The palate is generous and silky, boasting well-integrated tannins. It is supported by freshness that typical of the Sancerre region and makes our Pinot Noirs stand out.
