- Using organic Yamada-nishiki rice grown with the blessings of nature and the mysterious power of microorganisms, we have created a sake that expresses the peaceful and healthy "kindness" of the environment, plants, animals, and humans, with a gentle rice flavor, natural minerality, and a pleasant sharpness. The soft mouthfeel achieved through low-temperature aging allows you to feel the profound depths of nature up close. This is the first sake from our company to bear the organic JAS certification mark from Ecocert Japan, a certification body registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, on the label.
