- We have been producing and selling exclusively organic still wines for over 10 years. We produce 3 styles of wine: white, rosé and red, under three different designations: AOP Terrasses du Larzac, AOP Languedoc and IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. We have 12 hectares of vines spread over three different terroirs in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation: Saint-Jean-de-Fos, Aniane and Puéchabon. We have 7 cuvees : 2 whites, 1 rosé and 4 reds.
