- Description
- From 1768, from fathers to sons, the domaine is today worked organic (2005) and biodynamic (2007) on 30 hectares : 15 ha of sauvignon blancs, 15 ha of pinot noirs. Menetou-Salon has an argil-chalky soil dating from the kimmeridge, on tender slopes.
Philippe Gilbert and François Leupe develop 12 differents expressions of wines. The harvest is manual, indigenous yeast and low levels of sulfites.
