Information
- Description
- Founded in 1867, the style is unusual for a sake brewer. It cultivates sake rice through large-scale farming, and uses this rice as raw material to manufacture sake. Furthermore, we have obtained organic certification not only in Japan, but also in the United States and Europe, and in 2009, we were the first sake brewery to obtain one of the three major certifications.
