On the foothills of the Larzac plateau where the generous mediterranean climate is balanced by the cool northern wind bringing liveliness in the wines.
Our vines are grown organic and biodynamic (12 red and white varieties).
We adapt our work to the specificities of each parcel from the vineyard to the cellar to create balanced and refined terroir wines.
