- We left Bordeaux 26 years ago, where Cyril worked (Château de Fieuzal and Lynch Bages) to take up the challenge of becoming winegrowers in Saint-Chinian.
A return to the roots for Cyril whose grandfather was a winegrower in the region.
Our vineyard is nestled in the heart of the scrubland, which is conducive to biodiversity, it is spread over the different types of soils (schist, sandstone and clay-limestone) associated with the different grape varieties of the appellation: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and 2 white grape varieties, unexpected for the region, Sauvignon and Piquepoul.
The relief plays a determining role, the altitude from one plot to another varies from 150 to 300 meters. This allows us to produce wines of character, fresh and complex.
Our commitments have always guided us in our cultivation practices, preserving local biodiversity and minimizing our carbon footprint through prophylaxis.
As for winemaking, we want to prioritize the authenticity of our different terroirs, our unpretentious approach allows the characteristics of each vintage to fully express themselves.
Above all, we seek to produce wines that tell a story around aromas, thanks to blends, with balance, harmony and purity.
