The family estate, located on the heights of Mittelwihr, extends over 12 hectares of hillside vineyards.
The Zirgel family grows vines on 4 grands crus and 4 different lieux dits. They vinify, mature and bottle their own harvest wines. These are highly expressive wines, the fruit of a combination of renowned terroirs, an exceptional microclimate and long, passionate winemaking.
